What exactly am I investing in?
You will own a share of a portfolio of properties. Alongside MoreHarvest, you finance construction costs. We build, rent and then sell them when the market conditions are right. You receive a share of the rental income in dividends during the "hold" periods and then proceeds of sales on exit.
Who buys the properties?
MoreHarvest using its well tested strategy will either buy existing properties and renovate them or purchase land and develop from the ground up using our architectural plans and interiors which have specifically been designed for JASM engineers and their families.
How do I make money?
Annual dividends from rental income during a hold period then capital gains when the conditions are right to sell. When we sell, you receive your share of the proceed. Returns depend on how much the property sells for.
Why is there demand from retail buyers?
JASM facility employs thousands of engineers with families. Limited family-sized housing within commuting distance. We will sell to investors with a fully serviced, well maintained property that is already providing income.
What is my timeline to exit?
The fund targets a 5 year hold period. Properties are sold when market conditions are favorable to maximise returns, usually based on buyer demand. As a mid-term investment, you should expect capital gains to be around this period. During this hold period, we will pay out dividends based on rental income. You will always recieve a return.
How are risks such properties slow to lease mitigated?
Aside from the growing demand in Kumamoto, our partners, Chateau Life have over 20 years of experience of Japanese property development. The portfolio property managed between MoreHarvest and Chateau Life maintains an average of 96% occupancy. We pay more attention to quality of interiors, maintain the exteriors and build for a target audiance we know well.

What happens to the properties after they sell?
The properties will be sold to anyone, whether they are an investor themselves or want to own the property to live in. What is important is selling at the optimal price and provide returns on the original investment.
